DescriptionEncloses a draft letter to Captain [Robert Falcon] Scott for Huggins' approval. It touches on the work and achievements of the expedition, replies to various requests that Scott has made and refers to future arrangements. He is sure that Huggins will agree with the statements about the work of the officers and the men, and after two winters they deserve recognition for their services. As regards the future, they can only promise to do their best and let Scott know about arrangements made for his arrival at Lyttelton. Asks Huggins to send the draft back to Dr [John Scott] Keltie at 1 Savile Row with any alterations or suggestions.
