| Description | The Director thanks Ferrar for his letter pointing out the errors in the text discussing the Discovery Expedition. The observations in the text were done by Lieutenant Mulock, and the Director has verified the observations in the text as matching the originals. He notes that the discrepency noted by Ferrar could be important, but that he does not know if it could have arose from transcribing, editing, or printing. The Director will report it to the Royal Society, and send Ferrar's observations there as well.
