TitleLetter from George W [Walker] Walker, the Laboratory, Foxcombe, near Oxford, to Sir Joseph [Larmor]
CreatorWalker; George Walker (1874-1921); British seismologist
RecipientLarmor; Sir Joseph (1857-1942); Irish theoretical physicist
Date11 March 1918
DescriptionHe modified one treatment to answer the objections raised by Larmor and is sending the manuscript to him. He would like to see Larmor in London or Cambriudge to talk it over and to explain any details. Lord Berkeley is anxious that he should do this, thinking that as they had avoided assuming Boyle's Law, there is hope of applying the analysis to experiments on mixed vapours to obtain information on deviations from Boyle's Law. He gives dates when he would be unable to meet.

With pencil annotations by Joseph Larmor, including a list of names.
