He then speculates about why the cost has been higher than expected. He is sorry about this situation, but comments that 'if the sale is properly managed, a great part if not all of the outlay should be recovered', and comments that Professor See has informed him that there should be demand for this work in the US. He also suggests sending copies to publications for reviews. |
