DescriptionShe refers to Larmor's notice in 'Nature', saying that her husband's [George Francis Fitzgerald's] scientific place will be among men such as [William] Rowan Hamilton and others. She asks if, in the introduction to the volume, he would put her father's name, Provost [John Hewitt] Jellett, among the Trinity men, citing a resemblance with her husband, but excusing herself if this was not Larmor's intention. She notes his kindness in providing so many copies of the Physical Review and offers an apology in that it took a few days to get papers together.
