DescriptionThanking Larmor for sending his photograph. She notes that [William Huggins] experienced a period of very serious illness but that he is now 'quite himself again'. He will need more time to rest and so will not attend next Thursday. They thank Larmor for sending a copy of his paper, jointly written with Major Hills, on 'The Irregular Movement of the Earth's Axis of Rotation'. She is glad to hear of Larmor's trip to America, as they will enjoy his lectures and Larmor wll enjoy the visit. Huggins has heard that Larmor is interested in Latin composition, and so she encloses a Latin translation of her New Year's poem. [The poems are enclosed on three seperate pages, two in Latin and one in English].
