Description | The report in 'Nature' will not be detailed as Larmor imagines. His recollection is that Larmor said it was his impression that the low rate of radiation accounted for the action of the Dewar vessel. He would not have mentioned such a guarded expression in a more elaborate report. He gives two examples with sketches showing an inner and outer vessel.with calculations. |
