DescriptionWhen he wrote about the results of his experiments, he was 500 miles away frm his books and papers and distant from other libraries. He could not recall Lamror's address and sent it to the Royal Society. As Larmor observed, it was not intended as a public announcement. Larmor said he woud write again after some thought. That would be of service to Morley in writing his account. The effect found is not more than 0.014 wave lengths.
