Description | He will take the first opportunity of enquiring after a proper maker of the manufacture [of condoms] so that Folkes may lay in sufficient stock for price and quality. Meanwhile. Burrow sends a small quantity in a parcel under cover of 'our Reverend Brother Assemani' to deflect suspicion. He wishes Folkes 'Success in your new Profession: And the rather, because if you should meet with Misfortunes wch. might require a Commission of Bankruptcy to be taken out agt. you, you may happen to be described at the Tail of a Gazette, by the Appellation of Martin Folkes, Chapman & Dealer in C-----s.' |
