Title | Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor [Henry Nottidge] Moseley, Fellow of the Royal Society |
Date | 17 January 1887 |
Description | In answer to Moseley's letter of 15 January [1887], Rix received no instructions from Professor Foster to send Professor [Robert Lendlmayer] von Lendenfeld's to Moseley, Rix's only instructions were to keep the paper on call. Presently Rix's only instructions are to expect Professor Huxley some day this week to examine the paper and Rix cannot send it to Moseley until he hears from Foster that is to do so. Rix has written to Foster on the matter by this post. |
