Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Arthur William Rucker, Fellow of the Royal Society |
Date | 8 May 1897 |
Description | Swan is rather anxious to show at the Soiree some examples of the electro-deposition of gold in continuation of some former exhibits he has had. As Mr Matthey cannot exhibit, it might be as well to accept this, but Harrison should like to have Rucker's concurrence before writing to Swan.
The enclosed from Sir H T Wood [not attached] seems rather a 'large claim' and Harrison does not feel at liberty on his own responsibility to accede to it. Asks Rucker to note his opinion on the letter. |
