Title | Copy letter from Arthur William Rucker, to Thomas Andrews, Fellow of the Royal Society |
Date | 1 June 1897 |
Description | The arrangements for addresses in the meeting room during the Soiree are complete and will fully occupy the time. Harrison therefore regrets that they are unable to accept Andrews' kind offer to give a lantern demonstration. Andrews' paper is down for reading on the 17th, but Harrison need hardly say that Andrews has chosen a very crowded day. There are many papers due for reading this day as it is the last meeting of the session, and Andrews must not be disappointed if by any chance his should not be reached. |
