Description | In the letter sent on 5 April relating to the International Catalogue of Scientific Literature, had suggested the holding of a convention either in July or October this year. The later date is more convenient now. Due to the complicated natur of the subject it may not be possible to complete at such a Conference, all the business brought forward, so that the final decisions are arrived at it may be necessary to hold another Convention at a later date. |
