Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor W F R Weldon, Fellow of the Royal Society |
Date | 22 June 1898 |
Description | Has heard from Dr Foster that Weldon is trying to find out information on Professor Muller whom it was suggested should be named for the Darwin Medal. Harrison has discovered that Hermann Muller of Lippstadt, a brother of Fritz Muller, is dead, and that Wilhelm Muller (Professor of Zoology at Greifswald) is a step-brother of Fritz. Would like to know if the last named is the man suggested for the Medal or whether it might be best to drop the name from the Minutes. |
