Description | Acknowledees Wilson's letter of the 19th but it offers no explanation of his having served the Society with a summons, regarding which Harrison has made a very just complaint. Asks Wilson to say that he will withdraw the summons. If Wilson can satisfy him, by providing more evidence than at present afforded, that the payment of the £87-2-6 did not cover the whole of the charges accepted by the Society for the plates, the sum shall of course be paid without hesitation. |
