TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to G J Shaw Lefevre, Fellow of the Royal Society, 18 Bryanston Square, W.
Date27 February 1899
DescriptionReferring to the object of Lefevre's visit the other day, Harrison finds that the rule requiring the consent of Council to the postponement of the admission of a new Fellow is of universal application. In order to place Lefevre's position in regular order it is desirable that the Council should have a request from Lefevre for formal leave to postpone his admission beyond the statutory limit of four meetings from election.
