This would appear to be a 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' paper which was published under the title of 'On the Total Solar Eclipse of July 18, 1860, observed at Rivabellosa, near Miranda de Eblo, in Spain'. This is in the Messrs catalogue of Royal Society papers and Harrison therefore sends on the order to them to execute. |
