It is already too long, and needs to come before the Committee and be given one or two referees. Rayleigh doesn't want much work. Asks if Burch is too junior, or of they should ask Foster, Carey or Callender. Rucker has ordered a paper by [Horace] Darwin for 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'. |
