States the statutes of the International Association regarding the admission of other Academies. Notwithstanding the fact that the Academie des Sciences will soon cease to be the Directing Academy, Sir M Foster thinks it desirable that Darboux be at once placed in possession of the circumstances concerning the British Academy. |
