Includes a copy memorandum by the Chairman of the Mathematics Committee, suggesting the right course would be to submit the paper to the original referee again before sending it to Mr Jeans for further reconsideration.
Includes a copy memorandum by Dr J Larmor stating the author should be informed that it will be necessary to prefix the date at which the paper as rewritten came to hand. That being so the author may wish to arrange his new matter in a more suitable manner. The referee's criticisms may be sent to the author as they stand. |
