Letter from the Foreign Office to Lieutenant-Colonel J H Sadler. States that Sadler should arrange for the 'W Mackinnon' to meet the Commissioners who are travelling to Uganda to study sleeping sickness, as they think they should proceed to Entebbe to meet with him and consult with his medical advisors. Dr Low suggests preparing a room for use as a laboratory. |
