| Description | Before finally settling the price of the Ceylon Report Harrison would like to have Herdman's opinion on it. Estimates the cost would be approximately 19 shillings but that represents a very considerable margin over the cost price. Queries if it should be published at as low a price as possible or whether a fair return in sales is more likely to be attained by keeping the price as high as they can decently make it. Was going to suggest 15 or 16 shillings as the published price. Shall be glad of opinion at earliest opportunity. |
