| Description | Lankester's letter of 6 October has been received. Since that date some further documents have been received from the Colonial Office, of which copies are enclosed [not enclosed]. Thinks in view of the fact that the whole question, from the protectorate point of view, of the moving of the Entebbe Laboratory is said to be fully stated in a despatch from the Commissioner, now on its way, the wisest course would be to postpone their meeting of the Tropical Diseases Committee until they have the dispatch before them. Another advantage of a little delay would be that they would have Colonel Bruce and the other British Association people who are not yet back from South Africa. Asks how to proceed. |
