Description | Encloses a spare pull of Langley's Croonian Lecture with all figures and corrections inserted [not enclosed]. As to the difficult figure eight, the too sharply pointed ends could only be rectified by making a fresh block. Asks if Langley thinks this worthwhile. Alternatively the lock would be printed in blue ink to lighten the general effect.
As to reductions of the half-tone figures, there would seem to be some misunderstanding. They are the same size as the originals.
Returns the box of negatives. |
