Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Sir Archibald Geikie, Fellow of the Royal Society |
Date | 13 April 1908 |
Description | 'Dear Sir Archibald, I had your two letter on Saturday and dealt with them as you wished. I suppose we must contemplate the establishment of the Sleeping Sickness National Bureau here, but I imagine there ought to be a renewed application to the Royal Society for giving the accommodation under the new conditions. Dr Shaw has been in to-day and brought an extensively revised proof of the Preface to the Meteorological volume. Mr White has been going through it, but I think you ought to see it before it goes to the printers for a revise, so I am sending it with this.' |
