Description | The Treasurer, John Evans, and Dr [Michael] Foster have seen Miss Chambers who is highly recommended by Dr Huggins for the post rendered vacant in the catalogue work by the death of Mr Holt. The Treasurer and Dr Foster are favourably impressed and propose with Stokes' sanction to give her a three month trial. Rix asks if Stokes approves of this as he would like her to begin work next week. |
