| Description | In answer to Davison's letter of 13 January [1890], at the recent meeting of the President and Council of the Royal Society it was resolved to grant Davison his request to make use of the 'Catalogue of Scientific Papers' for compiling a list of memoirs relating to seismology subject to the consent of the syndicates of the Cambridge University Press, who presently posses sole right of disposing of copies of the catalogue. Davison should apply to the press quoting this letter. |
