| Description | Larmor is sending the report on the matter of the Kew Observatory in the form adopted on 9 December by Council. The amendments made have had the concurrence of the members of the Joint Committee who drew it up. Larmor is also sending the first draft of a letter which it is proposed to send to the Treasury, in case the Meteorological Committee approve the arrangement [no enclosures]. |
