L Bairstow's paper on 'The Elastic Limits of Iron and Steel under Cyclical Variations of Stress' was recommended by the Physics and Chemistry Committee for publication in the 'Philsophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' subject to revision, which has now been done. Sir Joseph Larmor thinks the printing should now go ahead, if the Chairman agrees.
2. The paper by Professor Hill and Dr Sirkar has also been revised, and has been passed by Larmor to be published in 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]', if the Chairman agrees. |
