With reference to your estimate of May 12 for a Catalogue of Rare Books in this Library, I am authorised to order 250 copies of the Catalogue to be printed up to a specimen page as revised, and under the supervision of Mr R F Sharp of the British Museum; but I shall be much obliged by your informing me whether you could supply the copies in sheets for us to have bound at our discretion, and in that case by your letting me have a revised estimate for the 250 copies on that basis.' |
