Title | Copy letter from Archibald Geikie, to Sir Douglas Dawson |
Date | 21 June 1912 |
Description | Sending the two lists of delegates and Fellows who have intimated their desire to attend his garden party at Windsor [no enclosures]. Also sending a list of Fellows who not having either a wife or a daughter, would like to bring their sisters. They are highly respectable members of the Royal Society and it is hoped that their request will be granted. As acceptances are still arriving, it might be necessary to send in a supplementary list. It might save them time if all the invitation cards were sent to the Royal Society. |
