Livens, reports have been received by Sir Joseph Larmor, FRS, and Professor HM [Hector Munro] MacDonald, FRS, both of whom recommend publication in full in 'The Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. As a result, the Chairman recommends printing in full, and Harrison requests the Committee expresses its opinion.
