TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor William Newton Parker, University College, Cardiff
Date14 March 1892
DescriptionRix briefly explains his last note; namely the two funds for scientific research, the Donation Fund and the Government Grant Fund. Parker's application arrived too late for the Government Grant Committee so the Council decided to make a grant from their own Donation Fund. Rix's note was to remind Parker to address his report to the latter.
