TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Herrn Professor Dr Ernst Wiedemann, Enlargen
Date17 February 1893
DescriptionRix has laid Wiedemann's note of 23 January and the printed circular before the Officers and they instruct Rix to say that as a rule the Society declines to send out anything in the nature of an advertisement or circular with its publications, but in the present case they are willing to make an exception. If Wiedemann will send say 1000 copies of the circular, they will put one under the cover of each copy of the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' at the next issue. If Wiedemann desires that they go to the Fellows only, about 400 should be sufficient.
