DescriptionFoster finds the skeleton of Pareiasaurus concerning which he wrote some time ago was not obtained by means of funds supplied out of the Government Grant, but by the private funds of Professor H G Seeley. In consequnec Foster is directed to ask Flower to accept the specimen in question as presented by the President and Council of the Royal Society on behalf of Professor H G Seeley.
