A pencil inscription in the bottom right reads 'For Sir E [Everard] Home's paper no XIX'. Signed in ink in bottom left, 'Franz Bauer del:'. Embossed stamp in bottom right corner showing a crown and 'Parsons'. Royal Society stamp verso.
