Description | Unpublished version of a clock barometer tracing showing air pressure for the period November-December 1821 with a record low reading. The chart also contains data on rainfall and wind directions for the same period. The work is mounted on a paper support which is inscribed with publication and plate details. A note below states: 'This drawing was cancelled, and the Engraving [plate 13] was made from the original document in the author's Possession.' Not signed. Royal Society stamp verso. The manuscript for this paper is wanting.
