| Description | The catalogue is preceded by a title page noting that this register is 'very uncorrect', as missing various of the papers and experiments from the original register, RBO/2i which had been misplaced at the death of the first Secretary of the Royal Society, Henry Oldenburg. The volume was finally found by Hans Sloane during his secretaryship in April 1703. The catalogue lists 23 items missing from RBO/2ii with their corresponding page numbers in RBO/2i and notes that two items are only included in RBO/2ii. |
