TitleReferee's report by Honor Bridget Fell and Frederick Gordon Spear, on a paper 'Effects on embryonic development of X-irradiation of rabbit spermatozoa in vitro' by Emmanuel Ciprian Amoroso and Alan Sterling Parkes
Date1945
DescriptionSectional committee: Zoology

Recommended for publication in Proceedings. The title of the paper could be chnaged to give agreater idea of it's components. The illustrations could be replaced with line drawings. Some minor modifications could be made. The paper is valuable and interesting. It's unfortunate that the physical conditions of the experiments have been so varied, but this doesn't invalidate the results. Unless economy of space is needed, they do not recommend shorteneing the paper.

[Published in Proceedings of the Royal Society B, 1947].
