DescriptionLists of attendees at dinners of the Royal Society Club (including 'visitors', e.g. guests) at each weekly dated meeting, the numbers totalled; and occasional notes. The latter are largely on deaths of members and vacancies to be filled, but the quitting of Mr. Otley, landlord of the Crown and Anchor Tavern is noted; with the resignation of Sir Humphry Davy as chair [p.155] and the election of Davies Gilbert as President of the Royal Society [p.157].
