DescriptionHe sends Carr Royal Society Club documentation, stating that the present arrangement for Members is for them to send a postcard when they wish to dine. There is an average of seventeen diners, with some attendances as low as six, rising to forty or more at the Anniversary Meeting. This is on 24 June when the Treasurers will propose that dinners should be held at the Athenaeum next year. He hopes that the lawyers will not object to Members' guests. Sir Arthur Hill will be Honorary Treasurer next year and Tizard's replacement will be a member of the Athenaeum.
