DescriptionHe has read through the agreement with Macmillan & Company carefully, and has sent it on to Colonel Hills. It was kind of Watts to offer £20 in costs, and he has written to Hills to ask if he would be willing to accept this. He is glad that the book will be well on the way by the November dinner of the Royal Society Club. He notes that the Water Power Committee report has been favourably received.
