DescriptionHe asks if the Royal Society Club could have R.M. Macgregor to dine, as advisor to the Sudan Government on irrigation. Macgregor could speak about the new Blue Nile Dam. Lyons has a guest already, whom he could put off if necessary.

With a pencil note stating that Lyons was asked by telephone to invite Macgregor in Swinton's name, Swinton being ill. Sir William Hardy would officiate.
