DescriptionHe was sorry to hear of Swinton's illness. It would be impossible for Lamplugh to take the Royal Society Club meeting on 6 May and he will tell Sir William Hardy. If he can find transport, he may be able to deputise for the meeting of 13 May. His own health is not good and he may not be able to continue in office after the present session.
