| Description | Proposal to carry out observations on Apollo 17 lunar samples for the purpose of gaining a better understanding of the derivation of the lunar soil and the details of its regional distribution, and for the purpose of obtaining better data with which to interpret ground-based radar information of the moon. Also they wish to use the particle sorting device which they have previously constructed in order to make prticle size sorted samples available for bulk chemical analysis. |
