TitleLetter from Thomas Gold to Vice Provost R F Risley, Day Hall, Campus
Date31 October 1971
DescriptionAsks at whose expense is the 'Black Staff Directory' prepared and distributed. He finds this growing tendency for race discrimination iin official and semi-official actions quite appalling.

He is happy to note that university policy does not allow supervisors to supply this information without the consent of the individuals, and he does not understand how this policy agrees with the requirements for the supervisor to enter 'race' on employment forms.
