TitleLetter from Thomas Gold to Dr Devendra Lal, Physical Reseach Laboratory, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad 380009, India
Date23 February 1977
DescriptionThanks him for his most interesting letter, which they are very keen to have an opportunity of discussing with him in detail, None of them will be going to the Houston Conference this year, so would like to invite him to visit them on his way through either to or from the conference. They would perhaps like to combine it with a colloquium on the subject of cosmic ray tracks, which many people would be glad to hear about such as Ken Greisen and Ed Saltpeter. They can offer him an honorarium and refund of any exstra travel that is involved, such as to New York to Ithaca. Hoeps he can fit this into his schedule.
