TitleLetter from Thomas Gold to Dr H V Dunnington, Editor, Journal of Petroleum Geology, 38 College Road, Maidenhead, Berks SL6 6AT, England
Date28 December 1978
DescriptionThanks him for his letter. Gold is glad the paper is progressing, and that Dunnington considers it interesting and suitable.

Gold is sending him for his entertainment - and that of Gold's friends and colleagues - a copy of the review Dunnington referred to. He thinks it better not to publish it, for fear of giving too lighthearted an impression of what is, after all, a serious matter.

They wish to order an extra hundred reprints (200 in all) and will send the money when they have his invoice.
