| Description | Cornell are very interested in Saturn 1B astronomical payloads, but cannot be certain to submit a proposal. Gold is encouraged by TIGRIS developments, believing that it should be possible to use an orbiting laboratory to investigate diffuse luminoscities. The motion of gases and dust created by asteroids and comets should be observable. TIGRIS is not yet developed for high definition but that should follow incremental improvements. A vehicle able to provide fine resolution will then be needed. |
