3. How advisable is it to start a Press Service and journal (similar to the Scientific American).
Notes that these require large amounts of work, and that the 'lonely worker' question is urgent.
Thinks that the Council could apppoint a small committee with a paid secretary. Then recommends a better plan - that Dr [Gilbert Charles] Bourne should create a small committee and undertake an enquiry into it. |
